I created this blend for myself to potentize my perimenopausal night awakenings. At first I looked on them as a real nuisance, but then realized that the psycho-emotional-spiritual work that my psyche undertakes in the wee hours of the night is an alchemical part of this phoenix/dying/rebirth cycle I am in.
