How It Works
-
A powerful lymphatic mover, Red Root helps decongest the body’s inner waterways. By supporting the spleen and lymphatic system, it encourages proper circulation of fluids, aiding in the removal of metabolic waste and easing tissue inflammation. Its grounding nature restores flow where stagnation and heaviness have taken hold.
-
Long used for varicose veins and hemorrhoids, Horse Chestnut strengthens the integrity of blood vessel walls through compounds known as aescins, which improve venous tone and elasticity. It reduces swelling and supports healthy return of blood from the extremities, easing the sense of fullness, aching, or throbbing often associated with venous congestion.
-
A gentle liver stimulant and bitter tonic, Oregon Grape helps the body process and eliminate metabolic byproducts that can contribute to sluggish circulation. By supporting the liver’s detoxification pathways, it indirectly lightens the load on the venous system, improving overall blood quality and movement.
-
Both a mover and a healer, Yarrow improves peripheral circulation while toning and protecting fragile vessels. Its astringent and anti-inflammatory properties soothe irritated tissues, particularly in the rectal and anal region, while its affinity for blood flow helps balance excess heat and stagnation.
-
A circulatory stimulant that warms and enlivens, Ginger promotes the upward and outward movement of energy in the body. It helps disperse stagnation, reduces inflammation, and enhances the actions of companion herbs by improving absorption and delivery of their active compounds.
